Tiffiny Osborne

Meet Tiffiny Osborne. She is the mom to 2 wonderful boys Keegan age 15, a sophomore, and Gunner age 10, 4th grade, both students at Straford. Tiffiny’s parents are Brenda and Berlin Osborne who live in Dalhart and she has one brother Stephen Osborne who lives in Amarillo. Tiffiny also has a furbaby named Sammy. She enjoys spending time with her children and family and helping with the family cattle business in her free time. She also enjoys watching her father, brother, and son Keegan play in summer softball tournaments.

Tiffiny grew up in Dalhart, Texas and attended her elementary school years at Saint Anthonys Catholic school and finished her middle school, junior high and high school years in Hartley, Texas graduating in 2004. After high school Tiffiny moved to Stratford and has called it home for the past 13 years.

Tiffiny has been with Broken Spoke Insurance since July 2018 beginning as the office administrator, business accounting manager and customer service representative. Tiffiny obtained her insurance license 7/19/2021. In addition to her previous duties at BSI Tiffiny now handles personal lines insurance quoting and servicing and helping our personal line customers in our Stratford office.

Tiffiny is the glue that keeps our Stratford office together. She’s our director of chaos, the guardian of the books, the life that sustains our plants and the gatherer of our mail. She’s also our resident handy woman and strength and reacher for the shorter girls in the office. If there’s ever a task that needs to be done, a supply that needs to be ordered or a bill that needs to be paid, Tiffiny is our go to girl!

When asked what she enjoys about insurance she said “I enjoy building relationships with our customers and work to treat and take care of them just like they are family.”
